Pak’n Save Tauriko recalls NZ beef mince

PAK'n Save Tauriko is recalling a specific batch of its PAK'n Save Tauriko brand NZ Beef Mince as the product may contain foreign matter.
A recall notice on the Ministry of Primary Industrries website says pieces of pink plastic may be found in the product.
The affected product is Pak’n Save Tauriko's brand of NZ Beef Mince (1kg) with a best before date 04.01.21
This recall does not affect any other Pak’n Save brand products.
Consumer advice
Customers are asked to check the date mark on the product packaging.
"Affected product should not be consumed," says a statement on the MPI website.
"There have been no reports of associated injury. However, if you have consumed any of this product and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice.
"Customers should return the products to Pak’n Save Tauriko, Tauranga for a full refund."

This is the second time this has happened with Pak N’ Save mince, from the Tauriko store, since Christmas. Seems they need to make either staff or equipment repairs.
