What’s on today?

The Katikati Lions Container Garage Sale is on today from 8am – 11am behind the Katikati Caltex.

There is also an indoor market day at the Papamoa Community Centre from 10am – 2pm.

For a full weekend of pop culture entertainment with gaming, comics, anime, cosplay and virtual celebrity guests, come along to the Tauranga Armageddon Expo 2020 which is on from 9am – 5pm today and tomorrow at the Baypark Arena.

Frocks on Bikes are hosting a ‘Claim the Lane – Road Safety Session’ today from 10am – 12noon. As more of us are loving getting out and about on our bikes, now is the perfect time to learn how to ride safely on the road through intersections and roundabouts. Sport BOP Cycling Co-ordinator Blaise will facilitate the 90 minute session which includes classroom instruction and a ride to practice new skills, followed by a short ride to Quantum Café for a coffee and chat.

Lion & Tusk Museum

The Lion & Tusk Museum is open today from 10am – 3pm at Unit 10, 14 Portside Dr, Mount Maunganui. Come along and see the museum of the Rhodesian Services Association. Adults $10, under 12 have free entry.

Our Place Tauranga
Our Place Tauranga is open from 10am today with a handful of artisan stallholders showing an array of products.
