BOP Lotto player snaps up $21k

One lucky Lotto player in the Bay of Plenty will have something to celebrate this morning after winning second division.

The player is one of seven to win $21,803 from last night's draw.

One lucky player also won Powerball Second Division, taking their total winnings to $30,525. The winning Powerball Second Division ticket was sold at Countdown St Johns in Auckland.

Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet, online at mylotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ App.

Meanwhile, Powerball and Strike have both rolled over, meaning there is a combined prize pool of $8.3 million up for grabs on Saturday.

Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $7 million. Lotto First Division will be $1 million on Saturday, says a Lotto spokesperson.

"Strike Four has also rolled over tonight and will be $300,000 on Saturday night.
