What’s On: Demo Derby, skating and the weather

The Demo Derby is on tonight at Baypark.

Good Morning SunLive readers and welcome back to Saturday.

It’s the first weekend of March and Autumn, but the temperatures aren’t dropping anytime soon.

Looking at the weather for today, it is going to be a fine day. There are some southeast breezes about as well.

Today’s high will be 25 degrees with an overnight low of 12 degrees.

Temperatures for the coming week are forecast to get hotter with a high of 26 degrees on Sunday and Monday and 28 degrees on Tuesday.

If you are looking for something to get you out and about today, Skatescool Tauranga are holding a National Skate Day event.

Everyone is welcome to come along and join in the fun.  Entry is free and costs just $5 to use the skates.
