Powerball and Strike roll over: $6.7m up for grabs

Powerball and Strike have both rolled over, meaning there is a combined prize pool of $6.7 million up for grabs on Saturday.

Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $5 million. Lotto First Division will be $1 million on Saturday.

Strike Four has also rolled over tonight and will be $700,000 on Saturday night, meaning it will be a Must Be Won draw. In a Strike Must Be Won draw, if no single ticket wins First Division, the prize pool is added to the next highest division with winners.

"Surrounded by 8.7km of lottery-funded predator fencing, Orokonui Ecosanturary in Otago is providing a safe environment for endangered species like the kiwi and takahe," says statement from Lotto NZ.

"By playing Lotto you support conversation projects around the country that help protect our native wildlife for future generations."
