Fifth youth linked to murder case

A fifth youth has been arrested in connection with the death of Opotiki man, Kelly Donner.

Kelly died in Flaxmere, Hawke's Bay on March 4.

"A 14-year-old male has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and will appear in the Hastings Youth Court today," says Detective Senior Sergeant Marty James.

"Police are continuing to investigate and further charges are likely.

"We would like to thank the members of the public who have already come forward with information to assist our investigation.

"Due to the matter now being before the court Police is not able to comment further."
